Cancellation and Modification Policy
The cancellation policy outlined herein applies to all bespoke packages curated by GlobalPravasi 365. Customers eligible for a refund will receive their monetary reimbursement within 30 working days from the date of cancellation or upon the supplier's processing of the refund—whichever occurs later.
Refund Amount Adjustments
The amount refunded may fluctuate based on international exchange rates, reimbursements from suppliers, and payments made by customers up until that point. Any alterations to your refund amount will be communicated by your assigned account manager.

Booking Modification Policy
Once a booking is established with GlobalPravasi 365, any modifications requested may incur supplementary charges. These fees may arise from the addition of services or alterations to your reservation.
- Date Alterations: Changing travel dates may lead to increased costs, influenced by international exchange rates and supplier charges.
- Changes to Accommodations, Transportation, and Activities: Adjustments may result in price fluctuations based on supplier availability and updated pricing structures.
- Participant Adjustments: Should the number of participants change, we reserve the right to levy additional charges to cover operational expenses.
- Cost Reductions: In the event that the total expenditure decreases post-modification, the difference will not be refunded in cash. Instead, the remaining balance will be credited to your GlobalPravasi 365 wallet for future utilization.
